TruPass is an end-to-end identity verification platform used by banks, fintechs, and telecoms across Africa. We partnered with TruPass to completely rebuild their digital presence, elevate trust perception, and clearly communicate their verification capabilities including biometrics, document scanning, AML checks, and real-time KYC pipelines.
African fintechs struggle with fragmented identity sources, slow verification times, and complex developer workflows. VerifiID’s previous website communicated the technology but lacked authority, clarity, and credibility—critical attributes in the identity verification space. The brand also needed to signal security and enterprise readiness to banks, regulators, and global partners.
We rebuilt the brand narrative from the ground up: tighter messaging around accuracy, compliance, and scale; a redesigned visual system built around trust and clarity; and a developer-first product storytelling approach. We also structured a new information architecture that highlights real-world African identity datasets, verification speed, and integration reliability.

A simple interface with green and amber accent inspired by biometric scanning systems. We incorporated clean typography, high-contrast UI renderings, and smooth motion sequences to communicate security, speed, and innovation. Micro-interactions emphasize reliability, while structured spacing and a strict grid provide enterprise-level polish.

The new design system and visual language allowed TruPass to communicate reliability, enterprise-grade service, and high impact waitlist onboarding.
